Delete your Rosheta account
Use the in-app action if you still have the app. Use this form if you do not.
What Rosheta deletes
When deletion completes on our systems, we remove:
- Your user account (phone number and name)
- Saved delivery addresses and location records we hold
- Favorite pharmacies and referral records linked to you
- Medication reminder schedules and logs
- Prescriptions (including uploaded image records we control)
- Offers, orders, order chat, and order ratings
- Support tickets and messages
- The Firebase Authentication login for that phone number (attempted as part of deletion so the number can be registered again)
You will need to create a new account to use Rosheta again. This cannot be undone.
What may remain
A partner pharmacy that already received your prescription to dispense an order may keep its own legally required records. Short-lived backups expire on their backup cycle and are not used to restore a deleted account. Crash diagnostics, if any, contain only an internal ID.
Request deletion on the web
If you no longer have the app, submit this form. We identify the account by the phone number used to sign in. Typical turnaround is within 30 days after we can verify the request.
